Brake servo, LHD

To remove



1. Remove the master cylinder, see .

2. Clean the area round the connections using compressed air. Remove the master cylinder's rear brake line from the ABS unit and plug the holes.

3. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake servo.

4. Remove the brake servo retaining nuts from the bracket.


5. Remove the clip on the pushrod and lift out the brake servo unit.


To fit



1. Connect the pedal and brake servo pushrods together.

2. Position the brake servo on the bracket and tighten the four retaining nuts.

3. Depress the brake pedal to lock the clip.

4. Connect the vacuum hose to the brake servo.


5. Fit the master cylinder, see .

6. Fit the master cylinder's rear brake line.
