With active TCS modulation, wheelspin is unaffected by the position of the throttle pedal.

Conditions

A diagnostic trouble code is set for open circuit/short circuit.

Diagnostic help

TC/ABS receives throttle pedal position information from the Trionic. A reading of the current throttle pedal position can be obtained with the diagnostic tool.

-	Select “Read values”.

-	Select “ Accelerator Position “.

With the engine running, 3 different throttle pedal position levels are sent: low, middle and high.
