Open the bonnet and remove the grille.

Undo the screws in the cable stop and pull the wire out of its sleeve and the lock levers. Retain the cable stop.

Unscrew the lock and remove it.

Fit the bonnet lock without tightening the retaining screws.

| 2. |
Carefully close the bonnet so that the lock centres on the locking pin. Tighten the screws.
Tightening torque: 10 Nm (7 lbf ft) |

Insert the wire into one of the lock springs and fit the cable stop.
|
|
| 4. |
Insert the wire into the sleeve and the other lock spring. Fit the cable stop.
|
|
| 5. |
Make sure the spring is positioned against the stop (A) when released and that there is clearance between the cable stop and the spring.

Adjust the bonnet and check its function.
