Front bumper

1.	Remove the grille.

2.	Remove the direction indicators.

3.	Remove the headlamp wiper arms.

4.	Unscrew the four screws (2 pcs. by the direction indicator lamps and 2 pcs. on the bumper member) securing the bumper to the bumper member.

5.	Remove the nuts holding the bumper to the front wing.

6.	Remove the bolts holding the bumper to the wing liners.

7.	Remove the spoiler shield.

8.	Unplug the connectors for the fog lights.

9.	Unplug the connectors for the temperature sensor.

10.	First loosen the outer corners on both sides of the bumper so that they go free from the wing and wing liner.

11.	Pull the bumper forwards. Note When changing the bumper, the spoiler and number plate must be transferred to the new bumper.

To fit

1.	Check the metal flaps to make sure that none of them (9 pcs.) are damaged or bent down.

2.	Lift up the bumper and press it onto the bumper member. Make sure the wiper blade stop and the wiper motor shaft are positioned correctly.

3.	Fit the steel bumper reinforcement so that it is located between the wing and the wing liner.

4.	Then fit the bumper shell over the wing liner and screw it on.

5.	Screw on the nuts in the front wing.

6.	Secure the bumper shell in the bumper member with 4 bolts.

7.	Screw in the bolts holding the bumper to the wing liner.

8.	Plug in the connector to the temperature sensor.

9.	Plug in the connector to the fog lights.

10.	Fit the spoiler shield.

11.	Fit the direction indicators. Make sure that the plastic guide comes into the headlamp correctly.

12.	Fit the headlamp wiper arms.

13.	Refit the grille.

14.	Check the function of the headlamp wipers.

15.	Fit the direction indicator.

16.	Fit the battery cover.

17.	Fit the clips in the bumper shell.

18.	Close the bonnet and check the fit.
