Intermediate shaft bearing V6

To remove



1. Place the intermediate shaft in a vice.

2. Remove the small circlip.

3. Press out the shaft from its bearing using 87 91 287 Puller, 150 mm and 87 92 210 Support, differential bearing .

4. Remove the large circlip.


5. Press out the bearing using tool 87 91 204 sleeve, bearing race and tool 87 92 236 Support, for fitting F35 speed gear as support.


To fit



1. Press in the new bearing with tool 87 90 461 and 87 91 311 Sleeve, bearing, driver shaft for support.

2. Fit the large circlip.

3. Press on the intermediate shaft with 87 90 487 Sleeve, differential bearing .

4. Fit the small circlip.
