Remove the bumper and lay it on a well-protected workbench.

Loosen the upper cellular block from the protective shell. Lift it out from the bumper rail (it is wedged into the bumper rail).

| 3. |
Remove the two cellular blocks that sit on each side of the protective shell. Loosen the bumper rail from the 14 clips securing it to the protective shell.

| 4. |
Loosen the cellular block from the protective shell (wedged into the protective shell's retaining wedges).

| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the two cellular blocks on the sides of the protective shell.
|
|
| 2. |
Press the cellular block into the protective shell's retaining wedges.
|
|
| 3. |
Fit the bumper rail.

Fit the upper cellular block.
|
|
| 5. |
Refit the bumper to the car.
