| To remove | 
| 1. | Remove the engine cover.   | |
| 2. | Remove the bypass pipe with valve, keeping the O-ring from the connection to the turbocharger inlet pipe. | |
| 3. | Unplug the connector from the temperature/pressure sensor on the charge air pipe. | |
| 4. | Detach the charge air pipe from the throttle body. | |
| 5. | Raise the car. | |
| 6. | Detach the charge air pipe from the charge air cooler leaving the clip to hang on the cooler.   | |
| 7. | Lower the car to the floor. | |
| 8. | Remove the charge air pipe. | |
| To fit | 
| 1. | Fit the charge air pipe.   | |
| 2. | Raise the car. | |
| 3. | Fit the charge air pipe to the charge air cooler with the clip. | |
| 4. | Lower the car to the floor. | |
| 5. | Connect the charge air pipe to the throttle body.   | |
| 6. | Plug in the connector for the temperature/pressure sensor on the charge air pipe. | |
| 7. | Fit the bypass pipe with valve using a new O-ring for the connection to the turbocharger inlet pipe. | |
| 8. | Fit the engine cover. | |
