Coolant temperature sensor (202)

/ 9-5 (9600) / 2002 / 2. Engine / PSG 16 (D223L) / Adjustment/replacement / Coolant temperature sensor (202)

To remove

1.	Open the expansion tank cap and release the pressure. Retighten the cap.

2.	Remove the upper engine cover.

3.	Unplug the temperature sensor.

4.	Remove the temperature sensor collecting any coolant that escapes with a rag.

To fit

1.	Fit the temperature sensor and a new seal. Tightening torque 18 Nm (13 lbf ft)

2.	Plug in the temperature sensor.

3.	Fit the upper engine cover.

4.	If necessary, top up the coolant. Refer to Coolant .
