ESP OFF indicator lamp does not light

Symptom: When the ignition is turned on, a bulb test is performed. The ESP OFF indicator lamp should come on for 3 seconds. The ESP OFF indicator lamp does not come on.

When the ignition is turned on, a bulb test is performed. The ESP OFF indicator lamp should come on for 3 seconds. The ESP OFF indicator lamp does not come on.

Conditions

Bus communication must be functioning. See System overview .

Diagnostic help

ESP OFF indicator lamp can be activated with the diagnostic tool.

-	Select “Activate”.
