B0057 Passenger pretensioner deployment circuit, resistance low.
B0058 Passenger pretensioner deployment circuit, open circuit.
B0059 Passenger pretensioner deployment circuit, voltage out of range.
Fault symptom
Airbag warning lamp on.Conditions
B0057 The resistance measured by the control module falls below 1.5 ±0.2 Ohm for 2 sB0058 The resistance measured by the control module exceeds 4.5 ±0.2 Ohm for 2 s
B0059 Voltage on pin 37 in the control module exceeds 4.1 ±0.15 V or falls below 1.0 ±0.15 V for 2 s.
System reaction to a fault
Even if there is a fault in the ignition circuit, the control module will try to trigger the seat-belt tensioner in the event of a collision.Diagnostic help
