Idler pulley and belt tensioner bracket, drive belt for auxiliaries

Remove the front idler pulley.

Carefully pry off the cover of the rear, upper idler pulley with a screwdriver.

Remove the rear, upper idler pulley using a T50 bit. Use a welding gun or the like to hold the bit in place.

5.
|
Remove the cover of the belt tensioner's idler pulley. Remove the idler pulley.
|
6.
|
Remove the upper bolt of the belt tensioner. Remove the belt tensioner bracket.

Fit the belt tensioner bracket.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)

2.
|
Fit the upper bolt of the belt tensioner.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)
|
3.
|
Fit the belt tensioner's idler pulley with cover.
Tightening torque: 58 Nm (43 lbf ft)
|
4.
|
Fit the rear, upper idler pulley with cover.
Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 lbf ft)
|
5.
|
Fit the front idler pulley.
Tightening torque: 58 Nm (43 lbf ft)
