Idler pulley and belt tensioner bracket, drive belt for auxiliaries

To remove


1. Remove Drive belt for auxiliaries

2. Remove the front idler pulley.


3. Carefully pry off the cover of the rear, upper idler pulley with a screwdriver.

4. Remove the rear, upper idler pulley using a T50 bit. Use a welding gun or the like to hold the bit in place.

5. Remove the cover of the belt tensioner's idler pulley. Remove the idler pulley.

6. Remove the upper bolt of the belt tensioner. Remove the belt tensioner bracket.


To fit


1. Fit the belt tensioner bracket.

Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)


2. Fit the upper bolt of the belt tensioner.

Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 lbf ft)

3. Fit the belt tensioner's idler pulley with cover.

Tightening torque: 58 Nm (43 lbf ft)

4. Fit the rear, upper idler pulley with cover.

Tightening torque: 50 Nm (37 lbf ft)

5. Fit the front idler pulley.

Tightening torque: 58 Nm (43 lbf ft)

6. Fit Drive belt for auxiliaries
