Fault symptoms

•	CHECK ENGINE lamp on.

•	Loss of performance.

Conditions

The following conditions apply for this DTC:

•	The pump control module has detected that the crankshaft signal is sent before or after than the camshaft signal.

Diagnostic help

If there is another DTC in the control module, PSG 16 will start fault diagnosis with this.

The camshaft may be incorrectly set, refer to Adjusting valve timing .
