Swirl throttle control valve, 4-cyl (403)

Remove the battery cover.
|
|
2.
|
Unplug the control valve connector.
|
|
3.
|
Remove the boost pressure control valve.
|
|
4.
|
Detach the vacuum hoses from the control valve.
|
|
1.
|
Connect the vacuum hoses to the control valve:
1A: Hose marked yellow from vacuum pump to the connection marked yellow on the control valve.
1B: Vacuum hose to swirl throttle, vacuum unit.

2.
|
Fit the boost pressure control valve.
Tightening torque: 1.2 Nm (0.9 lbf ft).
|
|
3.
|
Plug in the control valve connector.
|
|
4.
|
Fit the battery cover.
|
