| Observe great caution when setting the pressure for the turbo system. Too high a pressure can damage hoses and connections. | ||
| 1. | Remove the charge air pipe with hoses from the upper intake manifold and connect it to the charge air cooler.   | |
| 2. | Remove the right-hand lower charge air hose from the car and connect it to the charge air charge air cooler. | |
| 3. | Connect
        
         83 95 436 Turbocharger hose plug, V6
        
        to the intake manifold hose connection. | |
| 4. | Fit
        
         83 94 595 Turbocharger hose plug
        
        to the right-hand charge air cooler charge air hose. | |
| 5. | Tighten the existing hose clips. | |
| 6. | Connect pressure measuring equipment
        
         83 93 514 Boost pressure gauge
        
        and compressed air nozzle with T-union to
        
         83 95 436 Turbocharger hose plug, V6
        
        . Carefully apply a pressure of 1 bar. | |
| 7. | Reduce pressure and remove the pressure measuring equipment and plugs. | |
| 8. | Fit the charge air cooler hoses and pipes in the car. | |
