Thermostat, V6

/ 9-5 (9600) / 2004 / 2. Engine / Cooling system, diesel / Adjustment/replacement / Thermostat, V6

To remove

1.	Remove the fan cowling as described under To remove .

2.	Remove the heat shield from over the exhaust manifold.

3.	Position a suitable receptacle.

4.	Remove the thermostat housing.

5.	Remove the thermostat.

To fit

1.	Fit the thermostat using a new seal and making sure the bleeder valve points upwards.

2.	Fit the thermostat housing.

3.	Fit the heat shield over the exhaust manifold.

4.	Fit the fan cowling as described under To fit
