Intermediate shaft bearing, 4-cyl diesel

To remove



1. Place the intermediate shaft in a vice.

2. Remove the small circlip.

3. Press the shaft out of the bearing using 87 91 287 Puller, 150 mm and 87 92 210 Support, differential bearing .

4. Remove the large circlip.


5. Press out the bearing using 87 91 311 Sleeve, driver shaft bearing and 87 92 236 Support, for fitting F35 speed gear .


To fit



1. Tap in the new bearing with a hammer and 83 90 189 Drift and 87 90 461 Sleeve, bearing ring . Use a vice or similar as support.

2. Fit the large circlip.

3. Press on the intermediate shaft using 87 90 487 Sleeve, differential bearing


4. Fit the small circlip.
