To remove |

Clean the connections of the damaged brake line.

2. |
Unscrew the brake line's connecting nipples and any other connections or securing arrangements.

3. |
Insert plastic plugs into the open connections and remove the damaged brake line.

To fit |

1. |
Clean the inside of the new brake line by blowing compressed air through it.
|
2. |
Position the brake line, remove the plastic plugs and tighten the connecting nuts.
Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 lbf ft) |

Check all the brake pipe connections for leakage.
