Remove the upper engine cover.
|
|
2.
|
Detach the hose from the throttle body and move it aside.
|
|
3.
|
Disconnect the vacuum hose from the vacuum unit.
|
|
4.
|
Detach the bracket for the timing sensor connector.
|
|
5.
|
Undo the vacuum unit bracket and turn the control arm until the groove and recess are aligned.
|
|
6.
|
Remove the vacuum unit from the bracket by turning it anticlockwise.
|
|

|
Fit the vacuum unit to the bracket by pressing it in and turning it clockwise.
|
|
2.
|
Grease the control arm pin and turn the control arm until the groove and recess are aligned. Fit the vacuum unit to the intake manifold.
Tightening torque: 8 Nm (6 lbf ft).

|
3.
|
Connect the vacuum hose to the vacuum unit.
|
|
4.
|
Fit the bracket for the timing sensor connector.
|
|
5.
|
Fit the hose to the throttle body.
|
|
6.
|
Refit the upper engine cover.
|
