Diagnostic help

For the OnStar sound to be heard, it is necessary for both the MUTE and Audio leads to the radio system to be fault free.

Mute: The radio unit puts out 5V which the OnStar system grounds.

Audio: The OnStar system voltage level (message) is between 0 - 300 mV.
