When the alarm is armed, it is triggered if alarm information in the following situations comes to TWICE on the specified connections:
Driver's door switch grounded

Passenger door switch grounded

Left rear door switch grounded

Right rear door switch grounded

pin no. 36

Boot lid/tailgate switch grounded

Signal from glass breakage sensor

Signal from tilt sensor

Ignition turned ON with wrong key or ignition lock bypassed

Any wires to the siren cut.

When the alarm is tripped, the siren sounds for 30 seconds and the direction indicators flash for 5 minutes. If a door is open, this is repeated 10 times.
To stop an alarm, it must be disarmed with the remote control. This is done by pressing one of the UNLOCK buttons on the remote control or turning the key in the ignition.
