| To remove | 
 
   
   | 1. | Clean the connections of the damaged brake line.

| 2. | Unscrew the brake line's connecting nipples and any other connections or securing arrangements. | |
| 3. | Insert plastic plugs into the open connections and remove the damaged brake line. | |
| To fit | 
 
   
   | 1. | Clean the inside of the new brake line by blowing compressed air through it. 
 | |||||||||
| 2. | Position the brake line, remove the plastic plugs and tighten the connecting nuts. Tightening torque: 15 Nm (11 lbf ft) | |
| 3. | Bleed the brake system, see  . | |
| 4. | Check all the brake pipe connections for leakage. | |
