| Swinging caliper, rear wheel, changing | 
| 1. | Raise the car and remove the wheel. | |
| 2. | Remove the brake pads. | |
| 3. | Depress the brake pedal slightly, using a brake pedal clamp. | |
| 4. | Remove fuse No. 1 for the brake lights. | |
| 5. | Remove the clip from the brake pipe.   | |
| 6. | Remove the hose from the brake pipe and plug the pipe. | |
| 7. | Remove the dust caps and the two brake caliper guide pins and lift away the hydraulic body.   | |
| 8. | Detach the brake hose connection from the brake caliper. | |
| To fit | 
 
   
   | 1. | Remove the plugs and connect the brake lines. Tightening torque 43 Nm (32 lbf ft) | |
| 2. | Fit the hydraulic body and tighten its two guide pins to torque. Tightening torque 28 Nm (21 lbf ft) | |
| 3. | Fit the brake hose to the pipe   | |
| 4. | Fit the clip. 
 Fit the brake pads. | ||||||||||
| 5. | Lower the car slightly, remove the brake pedal clamp and put the fuse back in its holder.   | |
| 6. | Bleed the brake system, see

| 7. | Fit the rear wheel, see

       . Tightening torques aluminium wheel 110 Nm (81 lbf ft) steel wheel 50 Nm +2x90°, max. 110 Nm (37 lbf ft +2x90°, max. 81 lbf ft) | |
| 8. | Lower the car to the floor and depress the brake pedal to force out the brake pistons. | |
| 9. | Check the brake fluid level and top up as necessary. | |
