The circuit for the seat-belt switch shorted to ground/B+ or break in circuit.System reaction to a fault
If a fault arises in the circuit of the seat-belt switch, the control module cannot determine if someone is belted in the seat. The control module thus always triggers the seat-belt tensioner in the event of a collision.Diagnostic help
