Remove the front wings.

Drill out the spot-welds, grind away any weld joints and lift away the radiator crossmember.

Align the mounting points for the radiator crossmember if necessary.

Grind clean the surfaces to be welded on the spare part and on the body.

Drill holes for plug-welding in the spare part.
|
|

Apply welding primer to the surfaces to be spot welded.
|
|
| 4. |
Fit the radiator member in place and secure it with a few welding clamps. Close the bonnet and align the spare part.

Weld on the radiator crossmember.
|

| 6. |
Remove any remaining welding primer. Welding primer reduces adhesion of paint, filler and sealant.
|

| 7. |
Apply primer to all bare metal surfaces.
|
|
| 8. |
Seal joints and seams with sealant.
|
