In the ME market, it is a legal requirement for this function to be active.
The SID generates an acoustic signal whenever vehicle speed exceeds 120 km/h or at 5 second intervals when the speed is continuously above 120 km/h.
After adjustment, the SID display flashes to acknowledge the adjustment.
