Right engine pad

To remove


1. Remove the upper engine cover and insulation.

2. Relieve the load on the engine pad using 83 94 850 Lifting beam .


3. Remove the nut and bolts holding the bracket in place.


4. Remove the engine pad from the body.


To fit


1. Fit the engine pad to the body.

Tightening torque: 47 Nm (35 lbf ft)


2. Fit the bracket.

Tightening torque, bolts 40 Nm +45° (30 lbf ft +45°)

Tightening torque, nut, up to and including Vehicle Identification Number 73514907:

84 Nm (62 lbf ft)

Tightening torque, nut, from and including Vehicle Identification Number 73514908:

74 Nm (55 lbf ft)

3. Remove the lifting beam.

4. Fit the insulation and the upper engine cover.
