Engine oil


Change the oil. Fill top the MAX marking. The distance between the markings is equal to a volume of 1 litre (1,05 qt.)

Check the level when the engine is warm 2-5 minutes after the engine has been shut off.

Oil capacity

B205E, B235E: 4,0 litres (4,3 qt.) including filter

Oil type

See Recommended oil grades.

Drain plug, tightening torque:

B205E, B235E: 25 Nm (19 lbf ft)

Check the oil level after engine oil and oil filter change.


Oil filter



1. Loosen the oil filter with the strap wrench and unscrew the filter. Wipe the engine sealing surfaces clean.

2. Oil the rubber gasket on the new oil filter and fit it. Tighten the filter by hand.

3. Check for leaks from the filter after starting the engine.
