Performance test, A/C system

A performance test will reveal whether or not the A/C system cooling is sufficient.

Conditions

The following conditions must be fulfilled:

•	Doors, windows and bonnet must be closed.

•	All panel outlets should be open.

•	Engine speed must be 1500-2000 rpm.

•	Ambient temperature must be 20-25°C.

Fan speed	4	Max speed
Temperature	Max cold	"LO"
Air distribution flap	Panel	"Panel" manual selection

Check

Check the temperature 50 mm inside the centre panel outlet. Read the temperature after 5 minutes.

The temperature should be below 7° C.
