Coolant pump, Z19

To remove


1. Drain the coolant. See Draining the cooling system, Z19 .

2. Remove Timing belt (in situ) .

3. Remove the coolant pump.



To fit


1. Fit the coolant. Use Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 242 .


2. Fit Timing belt (in situ) .

3. Fill with coolant. See Bleeding the cooling system .
