To remove


1. Remove Fan cowling, Z19

2. Detach the breather hose from the radiator.


3. Detach the lower radiator hose from the radiator.

4. Aut : Detach the connections of the automatic transmission oil cooler. Plug the connections.

5. Remove the turbo intake pipe.


6. Press up and twist the upper radiator mountings to release the radiator.


7. Detach the upper radiator hose.

8. Carefully lift out the radiator.


To fit


1. Position the radiator in its lower rubber mountings.

2. Attach the upper radiator hose to the radiator.


3. Raise and fit the upper mountings to the radiator.

4. Fit the turbo's intake pipe.


5. Aut : Remove the plugs and fit the pipes using new gaskets.

Tightening torque: 24 Nm (18 lbf ft)


6. Attach the lower radiator hose to the radiator.

7. Fit the breather hose to the radiator.

8. Fit Fan cowling, Z19
