Remove
Thermostat, Z19
.

| 2. |
Detach the hoses of the front coolant pipe.
|
|
| 3. |
Detach the rear coolant hose from the EGR coolant.
|
|
| 4. |
Detach the front coolant hose from the EGR cooler.
|
|
| 5. |
Detach the rear exhaust pipe from the EGR valve.
|
|
| 6. |
Detach the front exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold.
|
|
| 7. |
Remove cooler.
|
|
| To fit |
| 1. |
Fit the cooler.
|
|
| 2. |
Attach the front exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold. Use a new gasket.
Tightening torque: 25 Nm (18 lbf ft) |
|
| 3. |
Attach the rear exhaust pipe to the EGR valve. Use a new gasket.
|
|
| 4. |
Attach the front coolant hose from the EGR cooler.
|
|
| 5. |
Attach the rear coolant hose from the EGR coolant.
|
|
| 6. |
Attach the hoses of the front coolant pipe.
|
|
| 7. |
Fit
