Upholstery, rear seat

To remove



1. Remove the seat cushion from the car, see .

2. Release the upholstery strips along the edge and lift the rear steel plate to one side.

3. Cut the staples securing the seat upholstery to the foam cushion.


4. Remove the seat upholstery.


To fit



1. Fit the upholstery to the seat cushion.

2. Fit the staples using the pliers in fitting kit 84 71 062.

3. Roll the upholstery over the foam cushion.

4. Turn the cushion over and position the rear plate.

5. Fit the upholstery strips along the edge.


6. Pull the locking straps through the upholstery.

7. Replace the seat cushion in the car, see .
