The cooling system is under pressure. Hot coolant and steam can escape.
|
|
- Open the cap slowly to release the pressure.
|
|
- Carelessness can cause eye and burn injuries
|
|
|

Remove the cap from the expansion tank.
|
|

|
Raise the pressure to over 1 bar.
|
|
5.
|
Check that the pressure in the system does not drop.
|
|
6.
|
To find any leaks in the cooling system, keep the system pressurised and look for leaks.
|
|
7.
|
Release the pressure and remove the tool.
|
|
8.
|
Fit the cap to the expansion tank.
|
