The control module uses 100% PWM signal as a substitute value for EGR control.

In case of error, the swirl throttle function is disengaged.

In case of error, EGR control is deactivated.

OK report:

|
Fault criteria NOT fulfilled for 0.5 s.

Check the wiring
A fault in the control module's female connector can generate a DTC. Check the contact for oxidation, dislodge pins and pin clamping force.
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at various points and in different directions to detect any intermittent breaks or short circuits in the wiring. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, dislodged pins and pin clamping force.
