Engine turns off.
Engine fails to start.

The time difference between the control module grounding the relay and the control module cutting the power supply is more than 2 seconds.

Check the wiring
A fault in the control module's female connector can generate a DTC. Check the contact for oxidation, dislodge pins and pin clamping force.
Jiggle the leads and in-line connectors at various points and in different directions to detect any intermittent breaks or short circuits in the wiring. Observe the multimeter, test lamp or diagnostic tool while doing this. Check switches, connectors and crimp connections for oxidation, dislodged pins and pin clamping force.
