Antenna amplifier, right-hand side (5D)

1.

Remove the rear roof cover and unplug the connectors for the lighting.
|
2.
|
Remove the D-pillar trim and the roof covers over the rear side windows.
|
3.
|
Remove the fasteners in the roof trim over the rear side windows and undo the top of both C-pillar trims.
|
4.
|
Remove the two clips in the roof and carefully bend down the headlining.
|
5.
|
Undo all connections to the antenna amplifier.
There are two types of antenna amplifier:
1-channel with 2 connectors
2-channel (with diversity function) with 3 connectors
|
6.
|
Remove the nuts securing the antenna amplifier and remove the unit.

Important
|
Handle the HF connector (5) with care. Exercise care when undoing the high frequency connector, Fuba GO-NOGO. Disconnection must be performed correctly so as not to damage the connector. See

|
Fit the antenna amplifier and tighten the nuts.
|
2.
|
Plug in all cables to the antenna amplifier.
|
3.
|
Carefully lift up the headlining and fit the two clips in the roof.
|
4.
|
Refit the C-pillar trims and fasteners over the rear side windows.
|
5.
|
Fit the roof covers over the rear side windows and refit the D-pillar trim.
|
6.
|
Plug in the lighting and fit the rear roof cover.

Important
|
