Break/short-circuit to ground.

Short-circuit to B+.

No trouble code is set if the voltage is less than 11 V or on diagnostic communication.

The output from DICE can be activated using the diagnostic toolNo trouble code is set if the supply voltage is less than 11 V or if the diagnostic communication is repeated with DICE.
