Warning

Risk for burn injuries!

Despite a system voltage of only 12 V, burn injuries may be caused by flash-over or fire in the car due to the battery's high energy content. A short-circuit can result in very high currents!

Warning! High tension!

The electronic ignition system generates over 48,000 volts. The xenon lamps have an ignition voltage of approx. 23,000 volts. These voltages can be lethal for people with heart problems and/or pacemakers. These systems must therefore be handled with great respect.

Before commencing work on the electrical system:

remove your watch and rings;

before disconnecting the battery, make sure that the customer has the code for the radio;

disconnect the negative terminal of the battery when removing electrical components

always follow the instructions and regulations in the relevant service manuals.

Warning

Airbag system cables must not be repaired. They are to be replaced in their entirety.
