Fault symptoms


• CHECK ENGINE lamp on.

• Loss of performance.


On-Board Diagnostics

Type of diagnosis:


- Continuous.


Enable criteria:


- Engine running.


Fault criteria:


- Current EGR flow greater than the requested EGR flow.


System reaction to a fault:


- Limp Home, torque limitation.

- EGR control and boost pressure control are deactivated.


Diagnostic help

The DTC indicates air leakage between the mass air flow sensor and turbocharger (including crankcase ventilation hose).
