Procedure upon control module replacement and during SPS of Trionic T7 Biopower E85

1.
|
Connect Tech2 and contact Trionic. Select BioPower E85
|
2.
|
Note "
Adapted Ethanol Content" in %. If it is not possible to contact the control module, estimate the ethanol content in the tank (0% ethanol is pure petrol and 85% ethanol is pure E85)

After installation or SPS, before the engine is started for the first time
|
1.
|
Turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position and then to the "ON" position. Check that the radiator fan connector is plugged in if it had been unplugged during SPS programming.

2.
|
Contact Trionic with Tech2 and select BioPower E85.
|
3.
|
Select "
Change" and entered the noted "
Adapted Ethanol Content" in %. Then press "OK".
|
4.
|
Connect an exhaust extractor. Then select "
Force" and follow the instructions of Tech2.
|
5.
|
Wait until Tech2 indicates that adaptation is complete.
|
6.
|
Switch off the engine and remove the exhaust extractor.
