The MIU uses the following information:

The TCM sends the message "Selected gear". This is used by MIU in order to show the current gear whilst in mode M. The current gear is shown on the information display.

STOP FOR FUEL

SID control module

TILL is transmitted when the fuel level is less than 3 litres. The MIU sends the bus message to the SID control module. The SID control module sends a text message to the MIU. The text message is shown on the MIU information display. (Only cars with diesel engine.)

Light sensor value

0-255

SID control module

Light sensor. The SID control module uses the value and calculates the display lighting, rheostat value and cabin lighting intensity. A message with these values is transmitted on the bus.
