Intermediate shaft bearing

To remove



1. Place the intermediate shaft in a vice.

2. Remove the small circlip.

3. Press out the shaft from its bearing using 87 91 287 Puller, 150 mm and 87 92 210 Support, differential bearing .

4. Remove the large circlip.


5. Press out the bearing with 87 91 311 Sleeve, bearing, driver shaft and 87 92 236 Support F35, fitting speed gear .


To fit



1. Press in the new bearing with 87 90 461 Sleeve, bearing race and 87 91 311 Sleeve, bearing, driver shaft for support.

2. Fit the large circlip.

3. Press on the intermediate shaft with 87 90 487 Sleeve, differential bearing


4. Fit the small circlip.
