Engine Block Disassemble

/ 9-5 (9650) / 2010 / 2. Engine / Basic engine, V6 / Adjustment/replacement / Engine Block Disassemble

1.	Remove the engine block oil gallery plug.

2.	Remove the 2 oil pan locating pins.

3.	Remove the M14 engine block oil gallery plug bank 1.

4.	Remove the M14 coolant drain threaded plug.

5.	Remove the M14 rear engine block oil gallery plug.

6.	Remove the M14 left side coolant drain threaded plug.

7.	Remove the M20 engine block oil gallery plug bank 2.

8.	Remove the coolant expansion plugs.

9.	Remove the cylinder block-to-transmission alignment dowels.

10.	Remove the front oil gallery expansion plug.

11.	Remove the cylinder block-to-cylinder head alignment dowels.
