Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side

Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .

2. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .

3. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Water Outlet Replacement (LAU/A28NER) .

4. Remove the water outlet pipe.

5. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

6. Support the engine using the CH-49290 centring adapter.


Special Tools

CH 49290 Centring Adapter Engine Subframe

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

Engine Mount Fastener (Qty: 3)

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten

50 Nm (37 lb ft) and additional 60 to 75 degrees

Engine Mount Fastener (Qty: 3)

Tighten

65 Nm (48 lb ft)
