Fuel Rail Installation



1. Install the NEW 12 fuel injector seals (3).


2. Install the 6 fuel injectors (2).

3. Install the 6 fuel injector retainer clips (1).

4. Install the fuel injector rail (2).


5. Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the 3 fuel rail bolts (1)and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

6. Install the fuel injector wiring harness (2).


7. Install the 6 fuel injector wiring harness plug (1).
