Oil Pan Installation

/ 9-5 (9650) / 2010 / 2. Engine / Basic engine, V6 / Adjustment/replacement / Oil Pan Installation

1.	Install a NEW sealing to the oil suction pipe. DO NOT reuse the old seal.

2.	Install the oil suction pipe.

3.	Refer to Fastener Caution . Install the oil suction pipe bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

4.	Install the oil pan scraper.

5.	Install the oil sump scraper plate bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

6.	Install the oil pan drain plug and NEW O-ring seal.

7.	Tighten the oil sump drain plug to 20 Nm (15 lb ft) .
