Oil Pump Replacement

/ 9-5 (9650) / 2010 / 2. Engine / Basic engine, V6 / Adjustment/replacement / Oil Pump Replacement

Removal Procedure

1.	Note Do not remove the left bank idler sprocket. Remove the primary timing chain. Refer to Primary Camshaft Drive Chain and Sprockets Replacement .

2.	Remove the crankshaft sprocket. Refer to Crankshaft Sprocket Removal .

3.	Remove the oil dipstick. Refer to Oil Pump Removal .

Installation Procedure

1.	Install the oil pump. Refer to Oil Pump Installation .

2.	Install the crankshaft sprocket. Refer to Crankshaft Sprocket Installation .

3.	Install the primary timing chain. Refer to Primary Camshaft Drive Chain and Sprockets Replacement .
