EN 46104 Water Pump Pulley Holding Tool

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .



1. Install the NEW water pump gasket (3).


2. Install the water pump (2) from the front cover.

3. Refer to Fastener Caution .

Install the 6 water pump bolts (1) and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .

4. Install the water pump pulley (2).


5. Loosely install the 4 water pump pulley bolts (1).

6. Install the EN 46104 holder (1) onto the water pump pulley and tighten the 4 water pump pulley bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in) .
