Remove the battery negative terminal connection. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .

Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten

4.5 Nm (39.8 lb in)

Battery Fuse Assembly

Engine Diagnosis Module Retainer Plate

Procedures

Release the engine diagnosis module retainer plate and lift upwards.

Battery Retainer Fastener

Tighten

10 Nm (89 lb in)

Battery Retainer Bracket

Procedures

Release the battery retainer plate and lift upwards.

Battery
