Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the rear axle. Refer to Rear Axle Replacement (G96) Rear Axle Replacement (Without G96) .

2. Remove the clutch pipes. Refer to Limited Slip Differential Clutch Pipe Replacement .

Differential Clutch Fastener (Qty: 6)

Warning

The hydraulic pressure in the differential clutch is very high. To prevent personal injury, wait for at least 10 minutes before removing any parts from the differential clutch.


Refer to Fastener Caution .

Procedures

Remove the electrical connection.

Tighten

30 Nm (22 lb ft)
